| | Delivery DetailsWe offer a range of delivery options for UK deliveries by Royal Mail or Courier. Our charge includes packaging, packing time and postage. In all cases a choice of courier delivery is given. Due to Royal Mail rates it is more economical to send items over 2kg by courier, our maximum UK courier rate is £9.45. (excl. extended area postcodes and non mainland)
|  Royal MailPackages sent by Royal Mail (unless otherwise requested) usually arrive within 1-3 working days but can take up to 5 days. This is a trackable service, but Royal Mail will not accept enquiries relating to slow deliveries until 15 working days have passed. |  | For our 24hr service, orders must be received by 2.30pm in order to be processed and packed. Orders for 24hr delivery received on a Friday should be delivered the following Monday unless Saturday delivery has been specically requested. Orders for 48hr delivery received on a Thursday should be delivered the following Monday.

Please email for a quotation for non UK postage rates before making a purchase. Failure to do so can result in us cancelling the order. We are unable to ship fuel, aerosols and other prohibited items overseas.
We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or any other reason. Overseas customers please note the conversion to your currency will be with our Bank, at the rate ruling at the time of shipment, which could be different than at the time of ordering.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
