Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection(s), click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Not all products and offers are available for in-store purchase.
Different postage options are given at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the incorrect postage rate for a given locality has been chosen.
Availability
If your item is not in stock, we will try to contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot deliver any part of your order due to shortfalls and lack of stock, we will inform you ASAP and refund your payment for the unavailable item(s).

When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by Protx or PayPal our payment handlers.

SPModels do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in a re-saleable condition, together with any instructions, any labels and in the original packaging. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement provided you contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by e-mail, at the address referred to under 'Contact Details'.
Please note that we will only refund return postage where goods are faulty. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to returned goods other than faulty merchandise.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
