Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. All product photographs are for indicative purposes and actual products may be of a different colour or design. When you have finished your selection(s), click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Not all products and offers are available for in-store purchase.
Different postage options are given at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the incorrect postage rate for a given locality has been chosen.

| Delivery Schedule Packages up to 1.5kg are sent by Royal Mail (unless otherwise requested) usually arriving within 1-3 working days but can take up to 5 days. This is a trackable service, but Royal Mail will not accept enquiries relating to slow deliveries until 15 working days have passed. Parcels over 1.5kg are usually sent by Courier normally arriving within 1-3 working days. A surcharge applies to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Wight, Man, Scilly & postcodes:- KA27-28, KW, IV, PH, ZE, Please email for a quotation for non UK postage rates before making a purchase. Failure to do so can result in us cancelling the order. We are unable to ship fuel, aerosols and other prohibited items overseas. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will try to contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot, we will usually refund you for the missing items and ship the rest of the order. |

Returns Policy Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in a re-saleable condition, together with any instructions, any labels and in the original packaging. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone, fax or e-mail, at the numbers referred to under 'Contact Details'.
Please note that we will only refund return postage where goods are faulty. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to returned goods other than faulty merchandise.
