Due to the diveristy of shapes and sizes UK shipping is based on the weight of the order. It can be more economical to send items via Courier than Royal Mail. In such cases the Royal Mail shipping option will not appear at the checkout stage.

Standard Delivery - We aim to deliver within 5 working days using Royal Mail, the Standard postage and packaging rate is based on the total weight of the packaged order and starts at £2.95 up to £6.25.UK Fast 48hr Delivery - orders must be received before 2.30pm. A postage and packaging rate of £6.85 is charged for this service (UK Mainland Only*). UK Express 24hr Delivery - orders must be received before 2.30pm. A postage and packaging rate of £7.85 is charged for this service (UK Mainland Only*). For 24 and 48hr delivery, orders must be received by 2.30pm (the deadline) in order to be processed. Orders for 24hr delivery received on a Friday, before the deadline, (exc Bank Holidays) should be delivered the following Monday unless Saturday delivery has been specifically requested. Orders for 48hr delivery received on a Thursday, before the deadline, should be delivered the following Monday. Orders for 48hr delivery received on a Thursday after the deadline or received on a Friday should be delivered the following Tuesday. Any orders received over a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. UK Saturday Delivery - orders must be received before 2.30pm on Friday. A postage and packaging rate of £15.95 is charged for this service (UK Mainland Only*). Scottish Islands, NI, and Non UK Mainland *A delivery surcharge applies to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Wight, Man, Scilly & postcodes:- HS, KA27-28, AB, KW, IV, PH, ZE, PA20-88. The system automatically calculates the surcharge. EC and Worldwide Deliveries Due to the variety of weights and sizes of the products it is difficult to automate the shipping costs for international deliveries. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) We are unable to ship fuel, aerosols and other prohibited items overseas.
We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or any other reason. Overseas customers please note the conversion to your currency will be with our payment provider, at the rate ruling at the time of shipment, which could be different than at the time of ordering.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. We cannot advise what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information. Please note that we do not make any reductions on our prices when supplying non-EU countries. Returns Policy Any intent to return unwanted goods must be notified in writing to us within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them and where possible return any instructions, labels and the original packaging. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.
